Well, I said any wheel that has this setup. But I understand you view, it's just that imho I feel that this sim deserves more hardcore gamers with right gear. It gets ruined by the crashers and sunday drivers that really dont care.

But this is just me dreaming, the goals are pretty easy to achive without going into locked down mode for all.

If they get us server side options that really only allowes hardcore simulation, is all good.

Everyone should be enjoying this great simulation.

Like why is'nt it more hardcore? Locked cockpitview, and only accpet a few wheels that has atleast 720 and H shifter and 3 pedals, no autoclutch and so on.

I personally would buy 5 copies of this game to demo players here if this would becom true, well, they would have to have the right setup for it also so they can play it with us.

I think they should get more serious and limit us more in that area, so we get closer to "realistic" driving.

I actually would like to see limited options for the game over all. Aint the devs doing this for a kickass simulation?

I would like to see that they remove the options for other views then cockpit while racing, not being able to paddleshift with autoclutch and so on.

They can also make something that checks logitechs profiler for unrealistic values and also only accept certain wheels for this simulation, like all ones with 3 pedals and H shifter.

I would do it if it was my creation, they arent really after money, otherwise they would have released a paid update every year and being a bit more expensive.

I wouldent let crashers and people with no serious attempt on racing clean and on equal terms ruin my creation for others. LFS should go hardcore simulation in that part and become better and more focused on what they are doing. Im sure that all of us who would still pay for this simulator would without a problem pay more for it going this way.

But that's just me dreaming.

a FFB restriction wouldent work anyway. As long you can have it at 100 percent in lfs, u can have it at 5 percent in logitech profiler.

Anyway. I for one would like a serious server side option, that says at least 35 percent ffb, no autoclutch, forced cockpitview, no paddleshifting with H shifter cars, 720 degrees on wheel and value 1 for it.

I think it's a bargain, and cheap as hell.

I rather would see it cost around 35-50$/€ for every upgrade. Maybe then we would see less crashers and so on.

But todays price is ok, if they just could raise the pace a little bit. 1 big update every year that cost todays price. Maybe a new car or a new track. And then just make some small patches between. Then todays price would be good.

Put me up on that realism server side option list!

One thing I hate with Blue Flag situations is when i'm getting blue flagged and the server automatic pits me for not letting the car behind pass me after a 10 seconds or whatever the server is having.


Now, I do let all pass me everytime, but what I hate is when i'm blue flagged and the guy is barely seeing in my mirrors. Often they never really catch up, so far away. And then the server pits me. That i hate.

Should be a extended blue flag really. One that warns you from the same distance, and then one that triggers the PITTING when the opponent actually is closer and not like now, barely visible in the mirrors.

Long story short, I'm racing with pedal mod and brake load cell mod and wanna recalibrate brake pedal so i really need to step on it for making the wheels getting locked.

My problem now is that I cant figure out on how to proper calibrate the brake axis.

It's not that selfexplained while you're in there in Axis/FF in lfs menus.

Well, I only got to race a little this weekend but it feels real good.
