He said he installed the Windows P 8 launcher, not Windows P 8, so he is still using Android, but it looks like Win P 8.

Good luck with that. The only thing actually good on it is the screen. Otherwise, they start lagging pretty soon (talking about a brand new one), the camera takes years to focus, setting for everything are in setting, not in the app you opened and I could go on for like days. But considering you had an E51, you might find it pretty good.

Have you tried all the basic stuff? (Batteries, checked if they are on, restarted windows)

I downloaded Aces Of The Luftwaffe the other day and I like. It gives you quite a challenge.

Then, a game called Wingsuit where you (Cpt. Obvious warning) fly down the mountain in a wingsuit. It's not so spectacular, but good enough if you are really bored and want to kill some time.
Then there's Rope Escape. You play as a guy who obviously wants to be Tarzan.

I understand the problem with the emulators, but isn't it possible to make a program that would "rewrite" the game in a "language" understandable to a PC, so we could install it and play it like any other PC game?

In Soviet Russia upload limits you! On a more serious note, you should be happy they limit only upload. Here in Croatia the max down speed I can get from T-Com is 20Mbit/s and it costs ~60€/month I think (not counting in the price for GB's, so if you want unlimited Internet, you have to pay another ~8€/month, and for the minimum (I think it's 2GB/month) you have to pay like 5€), so I have the lowest speed (4Mbit/s) with unlimited traffic.
My router seems pretty happy today as it breaks the limit.
It wasn't my One X and I don't know what would you have to do to slow a quad core so much, but I was trying to open a webpage on it (it was yahoo answers or something similar to it, so a very simple website) and it took it about twice as much as it would take my Mini to open the site. Also, as the site was loading, I wasn't able to do anything, because the phone was completely frozen for a few seconds. I could only do anything with it, when the site completely loaded. Talk about being twice as fast. Oh, and btw, specs do not equal performance, so just because it has a quad core doesn't mean it's twice as fast as a dual core.
And I forgot to post my desk, so here it goes...
Try it before you buy it. I once had a chance to use One X and I realised it is slower than my SIII Mini, so I don't think One is much better either.
