Well nothing special for sure, but worth seeing.
This was the last race of the City Liga 10 Season. The biggest german league I guess right now. Lets call it a professionell funleague.
The video is more about the emotions during the race rather than the real speed of the UF1000. So I had to adjust the speed to get a real racing vid.

After all your comments, I've tried to double the speed in order to gain FPS and make it half as long and I realized, it loses all its special atmospere. So it looks like you have to live with this version till I get a new PC...

I have a 4 years old PC. I use Fraps and normally record the scenes at 0.5 replayspeed. While editing, I double the speed and get a doubled framerate. But this time it is different, cause I want to present the scenes in really slow slowmotion. To get this special feel. So I had to decide between the idea of "eternity" with less frames and a "normal" race movie with good framerates. This forum is full of ordinary racing vids and only a few really special ones. I loved the idea...so...

If you want to drive under wet conditions, get an older LFS version before the tyre update some years ago. That was like driving in rainy conditions. Man, its been years since the last huge step forward for LFS. Hope to see more than just the Scirocco in the next patch, everything else would just be a bad joke.

Sorry if its a stupid question, but how to make the onboard cams work in Version 0.5Z10?

Your clutch is overheated. Check it with F9 or F10. Lift the throttle while changing gear.

Nice to see what is possible with a rather old graphic engine.
But once Scawen said: "LFS is a racing simulator, not a screenshot generator." I hope the physics will be improved in the upcoming patch or any time soon, cause this is the reason I stick to LFS since the first days. I saw a lot of racers leaving due to the lack of content over the past years. And it is sad to see the team I'm in loosing interest in LFS more and more. I'm afraid the new car wont change this stagnation LFS seems to be in, no matter how beautiful it is. And beside this strange euphory in this forum, there is a world outside that has turned sceptical about the progression and will stay this way.

Please keep in mind guys, patch Z wont contain any of these improvements:

- Improve collision physics
- Break off wings instead of bending
- Finish and release Westhill updates
- Improve track shadow rendering
- RB4 / UF1 / UFR interiors

I guess its still a long way to go!
Another 6 month at least I guess.
