TVE did say he was going to resurrect it and in light of recent events I'm trying to persuade Jon and TVE to work together so season 2 of the DD league has a place to race
that's Sponge/Profike all over though, has always been a trigger-happy control freak. I've been kicked/banned off there before for just choosing to disagree with what one of those two names said
****ing knew it Sponge/Profike/whatever your name is. Ban the only DECENT admin, sure, that'll entice people to return won't it. And you can stop all the bullplop about how killer sponge and profike are 2 different people as well
TVE's server was way better anyway as TVE actually respected people when they were playing. Bring back [noobs]!
they would do something like that to spite us, yes
With regards to sea-level increases, it's yet another arm of the man-made global warming lobby that has been severely overstated. Simple fact is there will be no major sea level rises, period. We in the UK should be more worried about the rate at which the south of the country is sinking into the Earth's crust, which, coincidentally over a century comes to almost exactly the lower estimate of how high sea levels could rise
and don't forget France is busy developing new nuclear reactors which is exactly what we should be doing...all this fannying about with wind turbines will leave us hopelessly underpowered when coal, gas and that lot eventually run dry and we will be left grovelling to the French for a cup of electricity.
Agreed it's just getting laughable now. We only ever hear the bad things because that is what sells papers, this year apparently is the 5th hottest on record (?!?) yet we wouldn't hear anything about it if it turned out not to be.
If the planet does warm up, in the UK heat-related deaths will increase by 2000 but cold-related deaths will decrease by something like 12000.
In case you were wondering, I was asking whether it was the case. I wasn't stating anything, I wanted someone to reply sensibly to the question posed, whether it is true that cars that produce only water vapour could cause more damage...The question just popped into my head so I didn't have the opportunity to do any sort of research into it
Oh of course, but this is a case of one that does have a political goal.
At the moment, the main manufacturing output is constant propaganda. I know it doesn't sound an exceptionally brilliant answer but that is what it is. The endless striving for windfarms (and resulting greenwash) even in places where their efficiency is absolutely awful is increasing as the alarmists attempt to cover up this scandal by publishing even more reports, however laughable, that it is indeed happening and we are all going to die unless we kill all the animals, install a million wind farms and revert back to living in caves.
An interesting point, it is widely known that water vapour does more harm than CO2...so, all these hybrid cars that produce only water vapour are presumably doing much more damage to the environment? Or have I missed something?
