That would mean you are a worse driver than me . No seriously, those guys basically memorize ever bump on a track and know where to stick it. Plus a good set helps too. Race vs Q etc

It will be a indycar league with oval and road, however there will be a combined and separate road and oval championship available.

26 paragraphs? TLDR

"League" you have to finish in Top 10 in a season in the A class GP series to make the pro series. Which then if you do well enough makes you eligible for DWC

I memorized Daytona. Turn left keep foot down straighten wheel out, eat pop corn, turn left again and keep throttle down.

I doubt many people will sign up with the decline in participation. You can expect 25% of the people you had signed up last season to actually bother to look at the thread.
And judging from last year you should learn from what did not work (ie the hour long races)
