I get exactly the same problem and I was told by a friend that it happens because of servers - it is sometimes occupied so the video loads slower, sometimes not so the video loads faster. I tested it when I clicked each day the same vid and the way it loaded was completely random so I think this could be the issue.

There is nothing to repair with stuff like this imo, you have to test it as someone above mentioned and if it's not working the easiest way is to buy a new one... Micro SDs are hard to repair.
