i can sacrifice mp for 8 gb of mods, it's like game from another dimension, not just graphics-wise...

haven't seen uglier desktop background so far.

Well in real life you wouldn't get that much bright from sun so you don't even see the curb on track... I think it's overdone by default but quick page down does the trick What annoys me is that it reduces HDR for the whole scene but windshield is the only problem. Also shining rollcage is disturbing and should not be there.

It's not so realistic at around 13.30 imo, but sun dropping down at 17.30 is already awesome and I can imagine other times + night, that would be really cool.

Already miss setupfield for AC. :P

It's all on your end, I've not experienced any stutters with 0.5 version both offline and online.

How big is your install of AC? Mine has already 12.1 GB and I have only Nord installed right now.

I think it will eat half of my HDD with all great mods to be seen in this game.

I don't have much time to race so far I did like 7 races on public servers and had pretty decent races, one was full 10 lap GT3 fight @ Imola I can't stop thinking about.

And couple of racedepartment closed races, but I can see I had some kind of luck and wreckers were not present.

Everyone will pay for laser scanned Nordschleife. This a serious simulator and that's what makes it different from FPS games for children.

Btw. Troy - lap 5 fail But that's because bumps + hard setup = not very good combination Otherwise very nice driving, doing it almost all the time around or under 2:00... Very nice.

Do you think GTX770 is enough for 1920x1200 and maxed out setting including AF and 4x AA + 4xSGSAA for this game? Right now using GTX470 with AF x8 and 4xAA @ 1920x1200 but would love to have more FPS... CPU is not a problem.

OMG I just had THE race... **** you LFS. Real GT3s, real Imola, real 10 lap close racing, the guy infront of me had Mclaren GT3, I had Z4 GT3, this Z4 is faster on straights but Mclaren is faster in turns, I always catch him up on straight but he defended everytime like a pro... and behind us another Z4 in close call trying to pass me everytime I tried something on that Mclaren.

We had no ping issue, guys were fair, no lags whatsoever, no crashes. I had race like this like maybe 5 years ago.

I find better to drive with HDR turned off but then I don't see BMW 1M's braking lights - is it just me?

Is Sladecka using the same Alfa's specs as Kiss?

If so, that's a horrible difference in their pace.

Actually had my first race on closed RD event, 8 guys, different pings and it was quite enjoyable race, I got slightly clipped from behind in T1 (USA police pit maneuver) and car behaved exactly like it should, slide to the sand etc. Not sure if it was luck or something but if it will work like this in future and there will be improved A LOT of stuff in UI I think it could be a good one.

Then made my way back to the top 3 and didn't notice anything unusual when passing cars... Think I just had luck for my first race in AC MP.

What pisses me off so much is that I have to play in nVidia Inspector to get graphics like I should from lurking the in-game settings menu...

You're selling overpriced very old stuff. Not gonna work here, especially on this forum.. Maybe try to lower the cost and post it at your local forum in UK somewhere.

well I bet you've done like 100 km in AC with wheel, noone went drift king straight from the start i am still lame at drifting in AC but I can see some improvement when practicing.

So is physics while driving <3km/h, but as you can see there are MP issues right now. I think the MP and content is priority and clutch and 3km/h physics will be moved back in plans... (if any)

Dear AC followers, we are encountering an unknown and unpredictable issue that causes random crashes with single-player race events, probably due to some additional implementations that single-player thread shares with the multiplayer build. We are working to identify the cause and to solve it, but we can't commit the new build within today. We apologise for this inconvenient, we'll keep you informed as soon as our development team will be able to make the new build available, hopefully within tomorrow.

Unless you pay for real guns there is no point in downloading so it isn't quite F2P anyway... Still waiting for shooter which will be F2P without any need of buying any stuff which gains you advantage...
