I added a compact briefing with the most important information for the race. But be sure and take a look in the rules too.

Please read and understand the rules again before the race. Here is your last opportunity to ask questions.

14:30 CET - Meet up on the server (only the starting drivers on the CityLiga Grid 1 Server)
14:45 CET - Building the Grid
14:57 CET - Test start to see if everyone knows how to start
15:00 CET - Race start

This is the starting procedure:
The TBO class start as usual with the starting light. But the GTI class will not start with the starting lights. Around the time, the TBO class is through the first chicane, the GTI class will start with signal through the chat by the admin, which will look like this:

GREENFLAG!
The GTI class is allowed start after "GREENFLAG!". Jumpstarts are penalized with DT or SG.

During the race:
-Only one driver of each time is allowed on the server, except for driver changes
-No Chat after the start -> multiple violations will lead to penalties
-Dont cross the yellow line exiting the pits -> otherwise DT
-Its the responsibility of the faster class to safely lap the slower class, not the other way around!!!

Remember, the race is over, when the leader finished his race, not when the time is over.

Please remember to put in your corresponding intake and weight restrictions in qualifying, there is no tool stoping you driving without the restrictions, but we will check it afterwards (by replay)

You now can do you qualifying on the Cityliga GridQuali A Server. Every driver got 10 timed laps, the starting position of a team is determined by the average time of the drivers in the team.

A qualifying standing will be provided soon.

So, then my opinion about the season, of course also a bit from an admin and orga view.

I think the gridqualifying worked pretty good, at least for the first 6 races. The quality, especially in Grid 1 was pretty high and even. But the last midseason gridqualifying after race 6 was pretty bad, since the participation was very low . So on paper the gridqualifying works pretty neat, but without the participating driverbase it doesnt, so thats a point we probably going to adjust.

What standed out very positiv throughout the season, was the very low rate of protests. I like that and wish we going to have also as less in the next season .

How did you like the merged grids we had in two races? I liked them pretty much . And since its very unlikly that the number of active drivers will go up again, i guess we going to see merged grids even more often next season . We also working on a paragraph for the rules to give you more certainty if the grid is merged or not

1. To enter the CITYLIGA 8 hours of Fern Bay, each team must fill in the provided registration form which can be found on the CITYLIGA forums as well as the official LFS forums. The application form must include the team's name, team manager and team vice manager information, desired car number (first, second and third choice), chosen car class and car model as well as a driver roster consisting of at least two and at most four drivers. Both, team managers and team vice managers must be able to receive private messages on www.lfs.net/forum.
1.1. Should either of the classes have fewer than 6 entries, that class will be dropped from the event with all teams that intended to enter being invited to join the remaining class.

2. Car numbers will range from 2 to 999. Car number 1 is reserved for the overall winning team of the last CITYLIGA endurance event.
2.1. Once a number has been assigned to a team, it cannot be changed or assigned to another team.

3. All correctly formatted and approved registrations will be tracked in a publicly available entry list. Incomplete or incorrectly formatted application forms will be ignored and not added to the entry list.

4. A total of 20 slots will be available in each class. Should more than 20 cars enter into either or both classes, the qualifying times will determine which teams will get into the race itself.

5. Any team which wishes to make changes to its registration must do so via the registration thread. To do this, a team member must make a post stating exactly what should be changed (team name, class, car or drivers).

6. Registrations will close one hour before the end of qualifying. Any already accepted registrations may also not be edited after this point.

7. Should a team intend to withdraw from the event, the team (vice) manager must inform the CITYLIGA administration of their intentions in the registration topic.

8. The CITYLIGA administration reserves itself the right to exclude drivers who have too little experience, use keyboard or are generally not regarded to be at a the level required for organised league racing. Any teams with multiple drivers of a too low level will have their application refused.

In Compact:
2-4 Drivers, numbers from 2-999, at least 6 cars per class otherwise the class will be dropped, edit your team also with the form (EDIT - Teamname)

Dear Cityliga participants and LFS community,
as the highlight of Cityliga season 21 we are going to do another endurance race. This will be an eight hour race on Fern Bay Black Alternative (FE41) with the GTIs and TBOs open for everyone. It will take place on the 12th December 2015, eight years after the current physics were introduced to LFS. We would like to invite all LFS drivers, teams and generally everyone who's been waiting for another endurance race for some time now. No matter how old, experience or quick you are, you don't even have to have taken part in Cityliga before to be welcome here!
