I removed the car sounds on purpose, and it isnt in sync most of the time on purpose.
I was watching commercials, and suddenly i noticed, that they most of the time don't sync vid/sound as well. For example, Top Gear dont use it either, unless its to highlight something, it could be the beginning of a new clip. But in between they also just flick around.
I wouldnt ever have thought of it, if it wasnt because i was sitting in my chair, editing with the tv running.

I have a bad tendency to use those boring shots where you see the car passing by shortly, i dont know why, but it always comes to mind when i edit.

I use SUPER © for encoding movies, takes all the formats i work with. Try converting them to WMV and see if that helps out.

My sony vegas can't handle big enormous fraps files too, i usually convert them to avi files with DV (Digital Video) encoding. It's the most quality-loss free format i can find, but i'm not very good anyways.

Ah, well, didn't expect the movie to be thrilling and entertaining in the first place, it was more something i just made, because i wanted to improve on my camera angles and editing (Without over-editing with to many effects and such)

Some friends and I where fooling around yesternight on a private server, tuning the cars a bit.

I shot some footage, and made a movie, where i tried to do my best editing so far. I didn't accomplish it, because there are 3 scene changes, where on the finished movie, there is a black frame, which i cant get rid of. Apart from that, its quite decent.

I'm getting the hang of the Vegas, and i've taken some advice on slowing the replay down whilst recording.

I think this is a bloody decent movie.

Edit: Watching it now on LFSvideo, the audio seems to be a few ms out of sync. On 2 other upload sites, they are in sync. So, if you where about to mention it, i've allready noticed.

If you'd like to know, im working on a new movie, which ill release sometime within 10 years. Ive now gone from windows movie maker to Vegas, and im having a hard time figuring it out, but i think it just may work after all. Im paying close attention to the sync of music now.

I'd guess you afterall inspired me to try to do it better.

Its a long time ago since i made that clip, and this is all i have left, after a format c:.

When I watch replays, then sometimes I can press ESC to get the menu on the screen - which I often use to enter View-settings to setup costum-view, but most of the times it simply just quits the replay. Can someone tell me how to avoid this ?

I posted it here, so people could se my work. It is not my goal to be a film-maker, its just something I tried for the laughs of it. My friend and I had a good time making it, and now it was made, why not put it where here. I think that was the most obvious thing to do.

I didn't say "stab me with every negative thing you possibly can find in my first ever movie", I said "enjoy", which you apparently didn't. Know what? I don't give a sh.., to be quite honest.

I posted it on both a swedish and a danish car-forum, and only recieved 1 negative comment:
"Is the graphics from an Amiga?"
out of 15 comments, which I am personally very happy with.

You could simply have stated "Didn't like it", and then if I where interested, I could have asked you why.
