I bought the Hatsune Miku phone case because I like Miku and the case seemed well made. The bag is more practical in a crowded area than a huge backpack. The T-shirt is from the anime convention I've been at, and I thought I needed that as a souvenir. And I know I can be a bit childish sometimes :P
"Green" drives are cheaper per capacity. That's why I buy them unless something else is necessarily, like if I plan to put them in a RAID for a server, which can work bad on cheaper disks that aren't made for it. Unless I want performance, a green drive is fine enough. If I want performance, I'd buy a smaller and faster drive.
This is some of the stuff I bought last weekend.
Edit: The "Free hugs" fan came with as free if I bought for over NOK200, so not sure if that counts.
Just reserved the white version so I can go pick it up when I feel for it. Unless most people on the bus likes An Cafe, Hatsune Miku and Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, they're gonna be glad from now on.
Was borrowing my friend's headset which is the same, blasting Candy Candy on full volume, and he can barely hear it. (and with my Koss headset I haven't even reached 50% before he's like "WTF?" on me)
Probably not as bad as my old HTC. After all the rooting and stuff it's slow as hell, and it doen't seem to work with my BT headset very well. I actually wanted a Galaxy S2 or a Galaxy Nexus, but I want to give Windows a chance on the mobile platform as I think they deserve that for once.
I've had pretty bad experience with Trancend. That includes a few USB sticks and memory cards. :P
Figured it's time to pension my 2 year old HTC Hero which is slow and laggy as hell. I've heard Micro$oft has actually done well on the mobile OS platform this time, so I decided to give this a go
Got it paired with my phone and laptop Hopefully this will prevent some of my close calls with the cables. (The cable that's plugged in right now is for charging)
Especially for a realistic racing game like LFS I suggest you buy a good wheel like G25 or G27. Even if it costs a bit more, you'll be more pleased with it than with DFGT or other cheaper wheels. If you're low on budget, you can get one on ebay.
Should you in any case figure out sim racing is not for you, you'll still have a good chance of getting it sold since good wheels are more popular than these cheap ones. In other case, the G2* is something you'll enjoy for years.
