Quote from BlueFlame :I'm talking with just a car found on the street. Ram it into another car or a wall head on and at most you get a loose bumper or a smashed headlight.

I think the initial impact is the problem, when you throw your car off a cliff the damage is pretty heavy. Usually decent deformation and wheels getting stuck.

Some people might find those pictures offensive or inappropriate although they are pretty harmless, i just fancy keeping my forum account. So i won't post the first pic from that link.

Quote from CoolColJ :If you store the car in your proper garage, not the one in the safehouse, it should always be around. Respawn, although I remeber something about buying insurance...

Not respawned yet and not in the import either. Ah well.
To clarify i never had in the big garage, just thought it would get impounded after a while if i left it. Seems as if you have to leave it on the street in order to get it automatically towed.

Anyone got some proper info how the garages work or how/when your car gets impounded?
Drove a rather expensive car it into a golf course lake and was wondering if i might see it again.

Quote from DeKo :Spent the last 2 days driving about and there is really nothing to worry about. In my opinion, a perfect mix between San andreas and IV. I loved the driving in IV and was as worried as the rest, and it really is brilliant.

Wouldn't call it brilliant, since there is still plenty of stuff wrong with it. Hitting other cars usually means you scrape past or bounce off, the acceleration and especially the decceleration is way too quick and then there is the instant shock absorbers.

Still fun to drive, but not perfect.

How do console gamers play fps games, trying to aim at people with these little thumbjoysticks is a nightmare.

Really don't worry about the driving physics they are still much more enjoyable than in any nfs title.

Tried it now, driving physics are certainly worse than gta 4 but it is still fun to drive. Game itself is really amazing.

Now i just have to get used to that controller thingy, never played with a gamepad before.

Quote from Boris Lozac :Whaaa? GTA IV had awesome handling, almost perfect for that kind of game..

He's just mad the faster cars had no proper diffs and couldn't pull off powerdrifts.

Quote from sinbad :high performance modern car with lots of grip and stiff suspension.

That car literally absorbs the bumps instantly. It just shows me that will certainly not be as realistic as gta4 was. Lets hope it's realistic enough to be fun to drive.

Quote from Matrixi :Short unofficial gameplay clip, nothing spoilery, just driving.

Little worried by the look of that handling.

Quote from ACCAkut :edit: the reddit guys corrected the map overlay thingy

Didn't they say it would be bigger than red dead redemption, gta sa and gta 4 combined?
Scaled like that i have my doubts.

This seems a little better scaled: http://imgur.com/ywnMFVp

Don't really like driving much either, just doesn't quite feel right. But watching stuff getting destroyed makes up for it.

Quote from Matrixi :GTA 5 NOT CONFIRMED on PC

http://www.gta5cheats.com/nvid ... racts-gta-5-pc-statement/

Sounds like a very predictable statement after leaking information you are not supposed to. Doubt it will come to pc this year too though.

Quote from farcar :I agree that driving physics are the biggest question mark left by the gameplay trailer.

Indeed, although from the looks of it i have a bad feeling about it.
Some scenes i would have expected the car to show at least a slight bit of oversteer, but i haven't seen any. Also they turn rather rapidly.
