Where did u install the game? I mean what folder?

I also use win10 64bit and I didn't need to make changes in registry.

Maybe clean install LFS (uninstall and reinstall)

When I play Assetto I see players from south america warp a lot and I really hate that close racing is impossible then.

No there is no solution and i think u also have it in assetto and rfactor but there cars don't disapear but they are warping.
