You could use the balloon shooting air onto paddle technique if you ran an elastic band from a paddle attached above the wheels down to a drive shaft with the wheels on :P.
But of course there's alot of friction in that.. although if made well it might be worth a shot!

I don't understand R factor..
If i want to do a random race.. with track/car how can I? Why is it based on money.. it's so confusing haha.
I would love to use these mods but R factor has just confused me now all i want to do is race the AI on selected Car/track.

New system
Hey there, it's time for a new computer (i've got an old shitty one which can't run games anymore).
I have saved up 700 quid. I would look around on www.novatech.co.uk / www.overclockers.co.uk but i have been saving this money up for a LONG time (I'm doing a paper round), and wouldn't want to waste my money, hah.
I want to go down the AMD route, and would like a motherboard which can support SLI (for a later date, if needs be, but 1 graphics card for now would be good). Also i'm not sure if getting one which supports ddr3 ram is worth it or not, and on top of that if it's worth it for water cooling (although i'm a newbie in that so maybe not.).
Which graphics card is good for the budget, but keep in mind i probably will be getting a new one at a later date to accompany it?
I will also need a new Harddrive, (pref. 500gb). I have got fairly new Disc drives, a case (an Antec 900), and all periferals so it's the main components needed. I would love it if one of you PC geeks (:razz

Have you tried it in any other games? You might just need to delete .cfg (NOTE: You will lose how lfs is setup right now) which resets LFS's settings to default, because you could have some settings which the graphics card doesn't support / blah blah turned on.

It CAN be because when you've been playing the resolution can be changed by the hit of a button (f11,f12 AFAIK) and that might not be supported, so if you go into the CFG file in LFS folder and find the bit about resolutions you could try putting it to a graphics card supported resolution.

There will be an alternator in the mix aswell I'd guess, so with said test you might want to run the engine aswell.
