Haha yeah. I don't really care about it anymore. And I still have some pride, so not going to jump on the chance she's giving me. Even though I still like her in one way or another. Like I said, I showed her that I really cared about her. And I'm not going to be a quick alternative to her lonelyness.

Apparently, the girl I gave up a time ago was allready seeing someone at that time. She never told anyone. I know the guy pretty good and he's sound. She just texted me and explained everything and she realised I had feelings for her and she wanted to meet me and hope we could be together. LOL.
I just answered her that she had her chance and should've told me earlier she was seeing someone. Then I wouldn't have done all the effort and leave those 2 alone.

I'm through to the next round. Was really fun yesterday. First we all got a nice alpinestars suit wich i will post a pic of later.

To begin off, we had to drive a few laps in a Mazda MX-5 streetcar or Mazda 6 streetcar. I had the Mazda 6 (FWD stationwagon). Was actually a good car, was fun to drive and the intructor was really pleased with my driving. I just took it easy, don't over do anything. After that I had to get in the MX-5 cup car and also drive a few laps in that. Same as the street car, all went well and they where happy with it. Next test was a skidding test. You had to accelerate fast, go into 2nd, press clutch and they would pull the handbrake to create a oversteer situation. Then you had to control the car and get it straight again. Was easy for me
There wasn't much else to do except waiting ALOT, it's TV so you can expect that...

Next test will be actually drifting only, so again I'm pretty safe for that one

Tomorrow is the next test. Driving a few laps at the racetrack (MX-5 cup car and Mazda6) and drifting. I think I'm good for this one!

Yeah! The guy where i stayed overnight the last weekend. Man, he had his gf trained well! I'm kinda used to helping, but she did EVERYTHING. Making food, cleaning up after etc etc...

Because I only get 20 days off in total every year. 12 of them went to the USA trip and the rest will be needed for the racing program. So only can do events wich aren't too far and only weekends. Driftcup in Belgium is on thursday so won't drive that one. Just 2 times BDC Lydden Hill and the rest, don't know.... Maybe some practise days but that will be it. Could save some good money with that also.

But afaik Scrabby's M3 was already a bit down on power compared to most of the others, correct me if wrong.

Personally I think it's a nice idea, even though for me it comes as a surprise, since you (scrabby) was really starting to move in the drifting world.

True, I'm now in the highest class in the BDC. They have the Driftworks 600bhp R32, SATS Motorsport 1000+bhp Supra and all kind of that machinery. I won't be drifting much anyway this year because of the racing program i'm in. Maybe I sell the car and save up to by a better drift car but I just don't have the budget to upgrade it to another engine. I will see... I hope to pick up a decent sponsor this year, but I'm not expecting anything with the few drift events I'll be doing.

I will sell the M3 after Lydden Hill in August. Then I'll buy a E36 320i, swap my good 325i engine in it and make it a road driven drift/track car. Want to do stuff like the Nordschleife etc...

Not at all, maybe some less drifting this year. But it's a chance I can't miss and maybe good to save some more money
