Has nothing to do with it really, I don't care very much about either. I just think saying crashing your car equals good driving and finding your limits is odd.
I understand you crash when searching for limits, but actually making it as a part of it sounds wrong.
I actually think the thread about the guy asking to fix the picture is quite sad.

All it makes me think is, that racers have more respect for their cars than drifters, they don't care about how their car looks and if they bump.
So finding the limits is part of drifting..
I thought that would be the actual art in it, going towards the limit but don't cross it. I think it's kinda easy to say crashing equals "searching for the limits".
If a racer goes around a track and goes out, he's not saying: "oh I was pushing to the limits, I crossed it, but that means I'm a good driver!".

Most of them work great, games look great and the games are fun.
If it weren't for "small" developers to make games like LFS, there wouldn't be any affordable simulations for PC either.
I have a playstation 3, because I don't want to bitch aroud with hardware, spending money on games of which I don't know up front if they'll actually work like they should and don't want to upgrade every other month, once in 4 years is enough for me.

AI seemed a bit dumb and cars lacked bodyroll imo. It's an arcade game, so I think they should get away with having those types of car have a tad excessive body roll. In the first game they did it so well.
