Quote from The Very End :Anyone else than me that haas problems with the, what's the name for it, aspect (?) of this picture?
It's like those room where stairs go up and down, but the points looking lower than the other isn't really that if you look it from their point of veiw. Confusing :s

Well... You got the point of the picture, now link it with Ikea...

I don't care they changed it... But when you look at it professionally the car body should have been changed accordingly, now there's a gap

Quote from chanoman315 :I think that you should dedicate at least 1 hour.. of (how many hours on the week?) ### hours of the week... and that's by going to church to visit him.. IMO..

But God is everywhere. It's kinda moronic to go to a specific place (which usually just is the center of a village) to worship him..

What the hell is a good Christian? Do they even exist?

Apparently I disagree:
If you are religious, the point mostly is to have emotional support for yourself and an "excuse" to behave well mannered. If you think you need to be with God and worship him for some reason, why would that have to be in a church, everyone can do it on their own way. If you're driving your car and you think: ah, God is great. You're worshiping him right there on the spot, no need to go to some fancy house to do it.
They always say we need to be humble and stuff, but why the hell would we then go worship God in a (in some cases) golden castle? It almost seems Christians worship the wealth of the church instead of God..

And what dajmin said

Sorry to interrupt, but I'm getting my new car on Monday

And yes, it IS common sense you can't put a car in reverse at speed. I don't know particularly much about cars, but I did know this, and how did I know? Yes, common sense.

I always wondered why some people had problems with BlueFlame, because he always seemed to be a nice guy. Now I understand.

My Ford Fiesta and my dad's Ford Mondeo were built right here in Belgium, in Genk. Did you actually know that Ford Europe has a different design and engerineering team than Ford USA?

The Fords which are sold in Europe as well as in the USA are heavily modified for the market, and there aren't many of those anyways. Only the Focus was sold on both continents I believe. Fiesta isn't available in USA and it's a wonderful car really.

And what car did you drive again, BlueFlame?

Quote from Jakg :In the UK if you did it as a young driver your insurance quotes would sky-rocket, even if you weren't to blame...

Oh, over here as long as it's not your fault your insurance can't go up.
Seems kinda normal to me, you're insured, you pay a lot of money for it, they can at least help you if it's not your fault.. That's what you pay them for in the first place. And it's the other guy's insurance or himself who will be paying in the end.

I'm a big Ford fan, never had any problems with Fords here at home, and my dad has been driving them for almost 30 years.

My Fiesta is 10 years old and still going strong, and I know a few with 300.000 + kms, still going strong. I believe at my garage there is one with over half a million kilometers, still going.

Oh yea, you can't compare Ford Europe with Ford America. The American Fords are different cars (completely different), they are built in different factories too. They're actually quite independent from each other.

And I bet BlueFlame prefers an overpriced Audi any time. You can have your Audi, but I'll be cruising with a better equipped car, for a longer time, and for half the money.

Quote from BlueFlame :Theres no major damage, surely it just ripped off all your bumper mounts which are plastic on Fords anyway.. If your front sub frame was damaged, i could see your point, but please tell me you didn't claim on your insureance, cos if you did (in the UK at least) it would be a big mistake.

Did you actually read the thread? The guy who did it was known, and it wasn't my fault, so why wouldn't I claim from my insurance? Would be a big moron not to really, free cash

Quote from Dajmin :
I recently decided against picking up a diesel for two reasons. The first being that I don't think it'd be as useful for the distances I'd be driving. Did I hear something about diesels being less efficient over shorter distances or something? I can't remember.
And of course nitrogen oxide emissions are far more harmful to the world than CO2.

Yeah, you should be doing more than 20.000 kms a year before a diesel gets cheaper than petrol. But I do drive a lot and next year I'll be going to school, that would be about 50 kms a day. So I'll probably be driving a lot.

And honestly, I don't care about the emissions or whatever, I'll have a pretty high economy car, so why would I care? It's the people with the big heavy cars that should start thinking, or eg. more than half the population of America.

I wonder why people say a diesel isn't cost effective at the gas station. Prices for diesel and petrol are going up pretty equal here, and diesel is still cheaper, and diesel cars have better economy. So even if diesel would be more expensive then petrol, at the pump it'll still be cheaper than a petrol (not keeping in mind a diesel is more expensive to maintain).

I got bored of LFS a while ago, and now my graphics card is fux0rzd I went back to playing playstation. I'm a bit hooked on driver again, started a new game on it. I also played some GT4 again, which (as I said few days earlier to a friend) annoyed me for being too easy/arcade.

When I get a new graphics card I'll get back into LFS again a bit more I guess.

Quote from morpha :Have fun with your pathetic diesel engine
Nice looking little thingy though and it's brand new

It's only my second car, so for me this has great speed My previous car only had 60HP and I can think you can subtract 1HP every year, so it was left with 50 This one has 90HP and a Turbo..
Modern diesels are quite fun to drive

And I could of gotten a 2 year old Ford Focus with a 1.8 TDCI, but that was.. older. It's mainly for driving to school

So? People read it once and then it gets forgotten too you know. After several years people might forget

It's pure logic anyway, there shouldn't even be a sticky about it. Anyone with a bit of intelligence should know never to give out their details.
