However only one is showing as online, same with lfs world. They just aren't showing on the master server basically and I can't join them. But in the control pannel I have tried restarting them and such and it says they are running. They were working earlier today.
It's probably something in your control but I felt I should ask anyways
Can I do that then lol? I had to format my pc twice as it wiped my windows files, that was in the beta though although im expecting the same thing from retail
It wouldn't suprise me with C&C3 also due for release around the same time. Both games are very similar looks like EA wants the customers. Looking at recent EA titles many of them seem to be flawed and full of bugs requiring multiple patches, they aint dumb they obviousley know their rep is going down the pan whereas THQ's recent games such as company of heroes and dawn of war have been great.
Gotta love the stunts those guys in marketing do to sell their product.
Yet another update, just incase any team members don't allready know.
FIB Racing is now officially sponsored by Barkers IT which means free web hosting for life Hurrah! With the new sponsor there will be new team skins coming soon so if you could keep an eye in our forums for that I'd be very greatful!
In the control options in the beta you had to tick a box on the last tab to enable the wheel, I had the same problem lol. Not sure about the retail version but it can't be that much difference.
Firstly thank you very much for such a positive post! It is great to see that people are having a good time in our servers!
And yes we do have some fine racers in the team I must give them credit they are great team mates! I haven't had time to race with Bandi yet but from what I hear he is a very good racer.
Once again thanks for the kind words, look forward to seeing you again sometime in our servers!
Yes sure thing, I didn't realise that you was banned atall but I will get you unbanned. Thanks for the kind words mate! Look forward to seeing you take part in the league
Basically as bean0 said point your www (typically an A record) at your host ip if you want mail on that host too you point your @ A record to the same location... For me it has always been the same location anyways.
I use bullguard anti virus. But if your AV has real time file monitoring I would reccomend you close the AV completely and its processes. Then look on your process list and see if its still there. Also you could try running a game if its disabled to find out too.
If you dont get the problems or minimizing its problem solved
I had a similar thing appear on my pc where a svchost.exe process was taking up alot of memory but in my case alot of cpu too. After alot of research I found it to be my antivirus program. It was the file monitoring feature on it i believe. It caused alot of slowdown and the occasional error like you have had. Aslo I had experienced alot of minimizing too.
I got round it by downgrading to an earlier release and reporting the problem to them. They added acouple of months onto my subscription too which was a bonus
