Just for general info our server currently allocates 12 people, we are just for racing and anyone is welcome to join as long as they arent wreckers, are S2 lisenced and are over 16

Hi don't know if this is in the right place but I have just started our teams server and i was wondering how to you be admin from a remote computer?

I have this line in the cfg
/admin=xxxxxxx

So if i connect to the game from the server list using that as the game password will it give me admin powers?

Ok we now have our own dedicated server running yay So anyone can feel free to come and race.

Hey guys! Just thought I would let you know that me and the user beefyman666 have started our own team and are looking for members!

We have nearly finished everything but I thought I would write this now instead of waiting until all the skinning has been done to try and grab any members now

Firstly Click Here to visit the website I am fairly new to php so it isnt great even though I am very pleased with our forum. After spending all day yesterday adding mods to make it nicer lol.

Secondly We do have most the skins finished (blank F.I.B. team skins for members to add numbers etc...) There are just afew more to go. The skins can be downloaded by registered members on the downloads page.

Now for the important stuff!

1. You MUST be S2 lisenced!

2. We ask that you are over 16 years of age and act maturely. We wan't no wreckers or troublemakers.

3. You provide us with your live for speed racer name and we ask that you wear the {F.I.B.} tags infront of your name i.e. {F.I.B.}ShibbyMan666.

4. You have fun!

We especially welcome the inexperienced looking for a team but anyone is welcome to apply! So if your interested give me a shout on our forum.

*EDIT* We should also have our own linux based server running soon. My friend who is going to use his linux box to host it is very busy so it may be afew weeks before its up but we should have it soon.

Right sad news on the replay I couldn't find where that exact point on it was (it is over an hour long) But I managed to get a slowe but still insane speed with the digital speedo! I also threw in a pic of my insane crash where I flew right up to the first bend lol

I'm not a gamer honest...

Ah I use bullguard but nothing is happening when it minimizes like no pop-ups or anything just my normal desktop underneath, do you know if it doesn't minimize if you have avg disabled? Im wondering if it may help if I disable my antivirus software to play online..

I think that a server should do a race like that lol Everyone gets a partner in a F1 car and the other goes in the UF1 and has to push them all round the track, that would be amusing to see, especially on hairpins!

Well I can't at the mo as I have nobody to push me lol. See how I got that pic was I took that screen in game, and my mate who was pushing me was filming the replay. I will upload it as soon as he gets home as there is a hilarious crash at the end where he literally sent me flying nearly a quater of the way round the track before I hit the ground and thats histerichal!

So bare with me lol hopefully it shouldn't take much longer.

yes I can post the replay but im warning you its huuuugeee lol and it may take a while to find it, this was one of our all night racing sessions lol

Edit well I will post the replay when my mate is back, after looking on my pc I realised it was him taking the video lol. So sometime tonight it will be up really depends on when hes home.

Me and a friend were messing around on a LAN server where we was racing the F08 against the UF1 oh yes you all know the outcome there!

This I found amusing he got fed up with my slow driving and decided to hitch on my rear bumper and give me a boost!

See how fast she is going now!

Hi I have recently changed from using my laptop which has an ati card to my new pc which has a 256mb nVidia GeForce 7900gs. The problem I am having is the game suddenly minimizes during races usually about 10 laps in, this is most frustrating when playing online as it causes you to crash badly and may end up hitting others. My friend also has a nvidia card and has the same issue.

I was wondering if any of you have the same issue and possibly know a way around it?
Any help would be great.

Edit: Aslo this never happened with my Ati Card so I presume it is just a problem with nVidia cards.
