Well, the beginning promised something nice, but in the end, it leaves a lot to be desired like
1. Better camerawork - the one you have now is unintentionally chaotic, and doesn't use enough smoothing
2. Better editing - you could syncronise the cuts to the music, but you didn't, which took a lot out of the video
3. Better special effects use - the glow/blur transitions get repetetive very soon
this is as basic as it can get, and needs more effort to be put into it.
Never seen or heard of that video ether... Using a duplicate song is not unoriginal. I don't recommend it, and in my case I'm not longer going to use the song. Unless your actually trying to match a video's music/camera angle combo, it's still an original work...
1.Both are slowmotion drift vids
2.Both use same song
3.Both use SAME TITLE...
4. Both show a car doing donuts in the beginning
5. Both accent the 360 to drift transition
6. Both utilise quite a long dissolve to black transitions at some points, which are quite rare if Im honest.
There are a lot of small details that make me believe that this statement "I didnt knew this one." isn't exactly true... but I'll keep them to myself.
and, no. just felt like saying that. But, the SSC Ultimate Aero has an estimated, not actually saying it is, a top speed of 271 mph. I doubt that, but who knows? But, the SSC looks ugly anyway, right?
Well, it did do 257 MPH
at the price of $620k, I'm sure it's also crap to drive.
BTW. Anyone knows what kind of tires this thing uses?
when are you going to release a video that would show us your 100% potential? Seriously, your movies show good skills in different area, when are you going to combine them all into one epic?
My honest opinion - not my cup of tea.... but I have to say - I can see quite a lot of effort going into the small details (and as we know god is in detail). Nice
GTA runs pretty poorly at my computer, but still is quite fun. (how many loose ends do you have to tie up in the end of the game? It's like - ok, here's teh final mission.... no wait, here's another one.... wait, let's haev another final mission)
On the other hand, GTA has pretty much strictly told me, to get a new PC before I can't run ANY games at all... Fallout only asked me to go to the medium settings, while all the other fresh games I play ran nicely
But I think with the TBOs there is another issue.....I haven't driven any car in real life where the tyres after 2 laps are close to converting into liquid rubber.....
well, you did go quite a long way from the "worst video ever to be seen by me". A basic, but not a bad movie. You should try to experiment with the effects now, and with more complex editing
well then give me tips if you're so good with this (I've just started in this kind of editing) specially about codecs. and I'm as sure as hell I won't be number 12 in your hater count
You have to try much harder to become an addition to the counter
Press F2 to slow down the replay at 0.5 speed.
Press the record button you specified in Fraps. When finished, stop recording with the same button.
Start up VirtualDub. http://virtualdub.sourceforge.net/. Open the avi file you recorded. Go to Video > Frame rate. Click on Process every other frame and press OK, or click on 'Change to [ ] frames per second' and put down the double amount of fps you set Fraps to. The last option will give the video more fps but you will only notice the difference if you will use slowmotion on this clip in the movie. This is because movies generally dont have more than 30fps.
Hm, havn't seen that much people that hate it tbh.
I've seen one...
First he didn't like it when he saw the trailer
When it came to consoles he really started to feel negative about it (didn't play it)
When it came to PC, he started hating it since he couldn't find a working crack
Then he spent 50 bucks on it, and found out that a 1.7 GHZ, single core Pentium with 512 ram and a GeForce MX440 (or something like that) can't run it. Now he hates everyone in Rockstargames.
Well, as far as the driving - it's brilliant, as far as a movie - don't get me started... but you asked for it, so here goes.
1. MPR message block should be on at all times
2. Not repeatedly showing one and the same pictue would be nice
3. Not having original cameras is cruicial (Shift+U should be used at all times)
4. More cuts would be a good thing for this video, because at times I wished I just had a replay file, since the cuts were long.
5. Camera positioning suffers quite a lot, since you basically use only one - "floating infront of the car somewhere"
6. If you apply a long lasting color correction - make sure the original colours are recogniseable
Less important things
1. Lower FOV will make the car look cooler
2. Not claiming to make the "perfect drift" but letting the viewer make that conclusion would be better
3. THANKS for shoveling adverts in my face right after the video is over. REALLY NICE. Besides, are you sure that making a LFS video and puting it out on a English speaking forum is going to help sell motorcycles in Lithuania?
