I honestly don't care for it as chances are my K will still be extremely high. They obviously hyped up the guns and they won't be OP compared to the default guns shipped. Test Drive 2 Did this and so did brink and they came out well. It seems the people who are moaning are those who do terribly at FPS's and don't want more of a unfair advantage.
LFS is the reason why my msn is busting at the seams. Also the reason why i never get on it. People seem to know i'm on even when logged in as Offline :hide:
This takes me waaaay back when i was little. I miss coming home after school to a room criss crossed with track. I always liked to set my tracks up so they were complex and you actually had to lift here and there to get around the track. Either that or dab some lotion or grease down at corner entries.
Just may get back into it but if i do, i would like to grab some prototypes. Specifically modern ones like 908 or a Lola or 2.
EDIT: Just realized you said you said 1/24. I took a glance next to me and saw one of my 1/24 diecasts. Thats BIG for a slot car to me. Didn't think they went that big!
This seems to be situated around LFS in general for me, but my computer locks up and hangs only while in lfs. Of course as you know i had rfactor running for nearly 15-16 hours straight and i didnt get a single lock up whilst playing that. I've played prototype at one point for maybe 4 hours or so, Crysis 2 for maybe 3-4 hours straight. Basically games that are modern and PC intensive.
I've run memtest and came back with no errors, i have Speedfan running and just played crysis 2 for a hour (on max i should say) and upon exiting, my temp was 45 c on the taskbar. I haven't tested with a clean install yet however. Will do that now.
I think most of the time demo numbers are higher nowadays. Oval racing now is almost exclusive to leagues and touring car/GTR is limited to about 2 decently populated servers. League based however...
Well the feckin thread is closed and etc. Wanted to point out that in GTR's (i was in FZR) at blackwood, i had hit the curb at a angle going up the esses and hit the top of the tires causing me to flip. Don't know if it has been reported or not. It had the similar effect of the ramps pre Z30 as if i landed on a trampoline. Wanted to report it earlier but it kept slipping my mind and i didnt save replay. Will try to reproduce later.
Every night when the S2 servers are emptied, i go onto the demo servers (mostly drift or AA) and every once and awhile in the drift server, there will be a idiot crashing and lagging or even hacking. I don't pay much mind to it until they collide with a equally laggy person and go flying into oblivion causing the "so and so" lost control to spam endlessly until they spectate or pit.
Sometimes they pit and such, but most of the time they don't and let it loop end on end. Dunno if this can be fixed or not. I'm normally cracking up the first few seconds, but it gets rather annoying after 5 minutes.
From someone who started drifting 1st, then racing. Setup 2 tires and place them apart and heat your tires to about 80-90 and drive normally in a figure 8. Since you have racing experience, first instinct is to catch the slide. Do so, but hold it rather than save it. It's just a start, but you can do this for all tracks.
It's much easier to start off drifting then racing than vice-versa, especially if you were a fast racer.
Funny part is... Most of the idiots that spread false claims look more so like retards because they posted the BS on facebook. Inbox/spam prone indeed. Good that they got the car back. Could have gotten it back faster if it wasn't for said dipshits leading what seemed like half of U.K's car scene down wrong routes.
Bunch of BS sightings imo. Knowing DW members if they saw the car, they would have gave chase and ignored the wishes of those who praised not to follow. As bad as a rap the police get, they would have apprehended them awhile ago. The car is sitting over on Wolf's Lane in the upper end
Obviously security was bribed and they bought multiple canisters of fuel before doing this. Stored the canisters in another car. Had the "cargo" car follow a ways back for refuel off the highway in a secluded mazelike area such as Wolf's Lane.
Considering they must be able to afford all the gas and to pay off guards, they could live there in the neighborhood.
This has pretty much been my Anti-Depressant from Peugeot losing. I plan on following this all day as much as i can. Won't be surprised if some special pops up on this on a auto channel.
