msdvd.co.uk are a dvd company that produce a few dvd's surrounding motorsport, probably the most notable is the 50 years of BTCC dvd. I ordered a dvd from them way over a month ago now, ive contacted them endlessly asking where it is and ive had 1 reply about 2 weeks after my order saying there was a problem with their servers and that they'd get it sent the next day. This never happened. So now its over a month on and still no sign of the dvd and no replies to new emails that are being sent.

I need to know what my options are, im thinking of reporting them for fraud as the money was taken from my account way over a month ago.

Every time i skip FP2 and it tries to go to the loading screen with the results sheet on it, the game freezes and i have to reset my PS3 and go through all the palava of getting the game booted etc.

Just wondering if anyone else has had the same problem. The game is brand new btw and disk has no scratches.
