Weather effects would be bigger, but highly improbable.

It must be pit crews . BMW Sauber will never use LFS for a pitstop challenge where there are no visible pit men would they?

Allright but who says that this guru screen wasn't edited to make it look foggy, or more retro. That's not a real hint on weather effects. Fog only reduces the visibility (if it's only a graphical update).

True but its still a weather change. Things like rain and darkness are much more coding your right.... but the fog pic would soften the surprise of full-weather IMO (then youve got all the effects of weather on the car etc, doesnt feel like theyve had time to code that).

Maybe they will just disappear and thats the surprise - we have to finish S2 ourselves heheheh

If there was any reference to fog by the devs in the image, I'd think it'd turn out to be an improved 'Haze Effect' (check your LFS settings for this). There was a poll recently on this, in which it turned out that virtually no-one had problems with it. Whether it would be a permanent effect or a default option who knows, but I don't think it would constitute as dynamic or even different weather.

that's weird but few nights ago i dreamt of it: into a really weird nightmare, at some point there was scawen that was no longer available (dunno why) and victor and eric called me saying that i was the only person on this planet i could finish lfs as it was meant to be...iirc the first thing i did was the setup manager (many times i was tempted to really do it as a standalone app )

...what can i say...i'm a dreamer!!!

You know what, ajp? If you dont have any clue, better shut up. NO official game would post a pic with official logos and stuff from third parties on their page, with out having any kind of license or something. That's why nk has not Ford on their page, but some other logos. So now go figure.

Of course I don't know anymore than anybody else speculating about the patch, but it seems like LFS is probably going to be used by BMW Sauber in a pitstop challenge. So what I was saying is that if BMW Sauber have a pitstop challenge it is unlikely they'll use a sim with no little pit people?

Who talked about a pitstop challenge? Its just a racing challenge. So no signs about pitstops.

If you go and have another go at reading the 'Pit Lane Experience' page or whatever it was called, it sounds to me like the pit stop challenge is an actual physical thing, like you have to change a wheel on an F1 mockup or something. That is entirely separate to the sentence that describes driving the simulator.
