Yay for newfangled features. I had a moving wallpaper already with Win98. With no 3rd party programs. Active Desktop + HTML page with <img dynsrc=...avi width=1280 height=1024> or somesuch. Still have the files somewhere
Hehe. Someone once told me creative people like a messy environment.
Edit: Oi! Hold on. While browsing the thread I noticed that someone pointed out he'd post his Ubuntu desktop in a minute, which reminded me of my second desktop Tadaa! Nice and tidy!
Rawr, trying ubuntu desktop again (purely because Win7 kept hanging when I opened MSN), it isn't great, I'll have to try ubuntu server, see how many geek points that gives me. Irssi kicks total arse though.
Change my background three or four times a week, alternating between a natural scene, and a populated scene (such as a city or something)
If anyone's interested you can get some very nice wallpapers from this website, in all sorts of sizes so it's almost guarenteed there's a background there in your size that you like.
Nah, I don't care about that. I really didn't like those icons. Now I have small ones. And I can see more opened windows on the taskbar, due to 2 rows.
