Just put a deposit down on a Series 3 Rx7

Yay for first car!
Small things wrong with it, but it will make a good project car.

Front Wheel bearings/Needs a tune(Runs rough in lower revs)/Speedo doesn't work/Central locking on drivers door doesn't work.

On the plus side, 6 months rego was just paid(Well, being paid before i buy it)
Very little rust (Minimal around the hatch)
Has Extractors+Exhaust (Love rotors..so damn loud)
Starts first go and doesn't smoke(Means the engine is in good condition)

cant wait until this weekend >_<
Show us some pics as you get it
Brap Brap

it sounds mad dude. pics when you get it

be careful, having restored one of these to its former glory, the seals are Very week and it will eat turbos...

Single turbo conversion and a Pro rebuild every 70-100k is a must

one of the best handling cars Ever though... No argument with that fact at all though

Maybe invest in a good LSD ?? ( for traction, screw drifting )
Series 3, not a generation 3

Won't do anything major to it, and its a 12a 6port non turbo 5 speed manual

Shocks+Springs
If i can track down an LSD that doesn't cost an arm and leg ill grab one, otherwise ill go a locker.
Swaybars
replace all bushes (Full kit on ebay for $300)

then chuck on a set of oldschool 15" SSR meshies and the standard rear lip wing.

will eventually get an FC once im 18 and can get a loan, this is only something temporary so i wont go all out.

So what's it like, driving half a car?

This one's my first car.

Klutch: Don't quote all those images! It annoys me.
It's pretty funky. Especially with just the front end and no seats.

Since i'm really into drifting (YES THAT!!) and doing RC Drifting for a few years AND have a job I decided to take it a step further: Budget Racing/Drifting . Very popular here in the BeNeLux

Car:
Nissan S13 200SX

CA18DET ( 1.8 Turbo). 180bhp. Standard it's 169bhp but it's tuned y0! lol...

This car is for track use only

- better suspension (stiffer and lower)
