Ok, so I seem to be missing a lottt of things in this forum:

Firstly: Everybody had this one girl in his(/her??) avatar after a certain point, and she has slowly vanished again. How come? And who was she?

Secondly: In some topics I read a lot of "lerts"??? What the hell is lerts?? :S

Thirdly: Suddenly the girl dissapeared, and now there's the 3-colored signature with red+green+yellow, which is maybe the worst colorcombination EVER thought of.. What the hell is up with those avatars? Who came up with the idea? Who stole it? What does it mean?

Lastly: Am I a noob for not knowing? Or am I not a "Hardcoer-LFSforum member?"

As LfsN00b tells people often like to use same kind of avatars. Meaning that it's usually chaning each month to something new. Last month was some lady, or boobi stuff canot remember, so therfor many of the forum user used that as a base in their avatar.

Lerts got known on this forum due to his ideas and belifs. He had a, rather inetersting and fresh look on things, specially wormhole racing.. He also recived a award on the forum.

I though he was so damn funny I just had to buy him a lisence, a shame that he quited LFS tho On the other hand, have a free lisence now, probally going to use it someway in a competition as a reward or something, sitting on two lisences is not doing any good.

Back on topic, yeah, just search up Lerts threads, and you'll find one called Lerts theorys I think (or something similar). Ignore all the flaming and read what he writes, pretty much good entertaining to read. IMO he got flamed unessesarly, crazy as hell yes, but he somewhat was enjoybale and stod for his opinions with a reason, even if everyone said he was wrong.

Yes, infact he is. IMvho ofcourse but then again, i have no common sense... or emotions either hence why i got that ban, which to be fair Should have been a slap on the wrist but the mods here are as useful as big breasts on a nun but i digress.

Personally I think Lerts had come up with a significant scientific breakthrough or something along those lines, but because he had a bit of trouble with English, he got misunderstood.

Well, to say it this way. Lerts idea's was not much likes on the forum, and therfor it ended in a nice little verbal war at a point, where he had his ideas. Then someone started to keep to focus away from the actually idea and starting to make it personal, and after that it just whent downhill.

I'd definatly brand him as a spammer. It'd go like this :

Someone asks how to <do something to LFS/their controls>

Lerts comes in and starts talking about crispy bikes and how awesome black holes are.

Forum asset? I think not!

Lerts' biggest problem was himself. He thought people (that weren't actually out to get him) were, and therefore, IMO, came across as some sort of... hyped up maniac who would write stuff. Then complain when someone takes offence to the 92nd totally off topic thing he's written in any given thread that day. :hide:

The best way to put an end to spam is to ignore it or answer the question posted, even if it is daft and has been asked before.

Lerts was no different then some of the other spammers (S14) and trolls (me) around here, he just got more attention because his posts were so off-the-wall.

All in all he was/is a good guy. Much more than I can say for some of you twats (myself included). Some of you act like he is/was the only one that goes off-topic or posts crazy shit.

Is that really needed? We all know you spam, just look through your post history. Some of your posts are very helpful, but some of the 7000+ are spam, no doubt.

I can recall when Ginho would do about 80 posts a day consisting of "lol". or "i agree" or some other half-arsed response.

I take offense to that, most of my posts are NOT in proper English. I take great pride in this, dont piss on my cornflakes. :P
