Hazaky, yes it is, they promise max 100 mbit, not 100 mbit all the time.

I don't believe that site anymore.

I sometimes get up to 6-7mb/s download, so I don't know....

use different servers...also give http://www.wieistmeineip.de/speedtest a try (germany/austria/swiss) it might be more accurate for you.
for me it isnt as their servers are too slow
