hey i downloaded the hi res installer and the pack but it doesnt work, do i need to download any programs to let it open?

So I finally decided to install this pack, the full install. Damn I'm glad I did, wish I'd had it all along, but the old GPU couldn't handle it all at my resolution. The difference is serious, I could never go back. The tarmac looks so sweet at a stop, up nice and close, so sharp. Now I want to setup a nice bloom effect, I'll have a look around for that. Also I wanted to benchmark, mostly out of curiosity, and it cost me only 3% FPS, interesting, obviously my CPU is my bottleneck.

Not really. Many of the textures are outdated and it will look rediculous if you use them.
