I did actually answer the OP's question. The easiest way is to install Windows in a tiny partition (10GB or so) using Boot Camp Assistant (/Applications/Utilities/Boot Camp Assistant). Then you can have your G25/DFP/Momo work well, as WINE (or Crossover / Cedega / Cider) are kinda shit.
Sure it's telling people to use Windows, but there's no real mature alternatives. Crossover is your best bet, and does run it adequately, but the FPS hit is a bit too much for my liking.
(The noise thing was just me saying stuff I've found in any "Gaming" PC's is that they produce so much heat that they need to have massive setups of cooling to prevent them from overheating.)
