There are 2 things that make me sad.

The library still did not answer my e-mail.

I did receive an answer from Lan of Legends, where they told me they will speak about it in the weekend.
But after asking what they have decided, I didn't get an answer yet.

Ok...


So now I have got an answer from the library.
They have told me that they would be pleased to be used as a location for the LAN-Party, and that there will be no costs to use this location!

However, they did not want to do it over the night.
They said, they would want it to be on 1 day.
Also they said they prefer September better as the Summer Vacation.
At least I'm ok with this, and I also hope you guys are.

So look at it like this:

Date: Either the 5th of September from 09:00 till 23:30.
Or: 12th of September from 09:00 till 23:30.
Location: Library of Aalst
Leesakker 1 Aalst
Entry fee: € 20,-
Food and drinks: Free of costs.


Another thing is that they want AT LEAST 20 attendees.
So I think the program will now be that there are multiple games, but still with the main look at LFS

Also Lan of Legends is probably going to accept working together on this LAN-Party.

I asked him in PM, but I'll ask here too, if anyone could help me out with a travvel route

Tried google maps, and tok my start adress from Oslo, and the distance (with car that is) is "just" 1 400 km.. erhm lol, so well, but the easiest starting position for me would probally either be Mandal or Kristiansand, located down in south. In Mandal by adress is Treheia 8, 4515 Mandal , Norway.

If someone could be kind helping me, and find a suitable, and cheap travvel plan, I would be much thankfull and most likely if there is a good alternative I definitively be there.

But as a warning, I am as stupid as I seem, just so you know that

I also hope that since I coming, we get as much people as possible to show up, so we can have the chance to say hi to as many people as possible.

About the LAN I obviously will need to use those computers at that place, but I will take with me a wheel, just so I can kick your sorry asses in the competition. I own a trackmania united forever lisence / game, but the others I don't own or actually ever have played. But if they are on the computer allready there when I coming there shouldn't be much of a problem, only problem would be that I would suck even more than usually.

Dude it's np really. You and me go down there thueseday or friday, then we cool around and smoke weed or whatever, then lan on whole saturday, then some fun on sunday before travveling home. If 'ya need a plance to crash one night before going back on sunday you can crash at my place Lfsn00b.

Friday sounds ok to me, the only problem is the travvel, can't someone find a suitable travveling route?
Btw, do you live long away from things like train stations, airports or such? That would be the easiest way to come down there.
