Since there hasn't been any updates here lately, I might as well post one.
Over the past month, there's been some roster changes:
deathstar64 re-joined.
AstroBoy joined.
manneF1 left.
scotty2888 left to form another team.
... and I'm leaving as well. The story goes as such...
Lizardfolk posted at the end of August to say that he was no longer adminning the I-SCAR league due to computer failure. The team decided that I would run the team in the interim, which I was fine with. I was already running the website and adminning the forum, etc.
During that time, I was informed by someone that lizardfolk was on iRacing, which made me rather upset. I had also requested twice for forum founder permissions to make some changes, which went ignored. The LFSW team listing had also gone ignored for months, so I asked Victor to regain control so they could be properly updated.
During his time away, I signed buck, and re-signed mutt107. We gathered up interest for the next season of GTAL, and tried to get in as much 16H practice as possible.
A week before the 16H, lizardfolk comes back, changes the 16H car, and signs AstroBoy. The day of the 16H, I sat on vent and watched the race on the relay, as well as the tracker. Lizardfolk ran for 6-8 hours before retiring due to lack of drivers. Never once had a conversation about returning team admin. By this point, I just threw the team admin in his lap, since it seemed that he was more than capable of doing it himself.
And then, the icing on the cake. A few days ago, I get a message saying to join vent. So I join, and I get told by another team member that lizardfolk had tried joining SRLT and was denied... and then he said he's on leave again because his keyboard is broken, even though I've seen him on both LFSF and our own team forums.
From my POV, it appears that lizardfolk has no intention of keeping this team alive for much longer, so I'm bailing right now. I'm still hosting the website and the server, until they can find another provider.
I've enjoyed most of my time on Clockwork. Don't get me wrong, these are a good bunch of guys. I've got most of you guys on MSN, so don't be a stranger.

It would be just like Im leaving my name in the FREE DRIVER LIST thread while Im still on a team... That is just not fair with your teammates and to the team as well... It's not good even for yourself, your image, your name!
I just dont work like this... If we [the team drivers] were at least advised that the team is not going to a desired way... But NOOO... 'Ill apply to another team and if they consider my pass, Ill just shut my own team's door and screw the rest'!
Just not fair! I always raced clean and never let any of my words hidden from anyone! Everyone can ask Eimantas [SRLT]...
I wish I wouldnt leave SRLT now...

Im a little bit off of LFS servers because im racing the Week13 on iRacing.com servers, to get myself promoted. But i didnt quit LFS, just for you guys to know!
Ok you've misunderstood a LOT of things so let me just clarify the situation
1. It was actually rFactor.
2. I wasnt racing seriously on rFactor, in fact I wasnt racing at all. I was just making random videos of clean/hotlaps on rFactor using fictional cars.
3. My friend has rFactor and he would occationally let me do a lap or two. He doesnt have LFS nor does he care to install it and since he's using his computer for 99% of the time I've only been able to just do a few laps and make videos of it. That is it. I did not migrate to rFactor or iRacing and I was seriously inactive the entire time I had my computer problem (which the excetion of that last LFSCART race)
1. I was invited to apply by S. Williams. Naturally I'd take the opportunity to join them to better my race pace and craft. I didnt just suddenly decide that I would remove myself from clockwork. If I was invited to any of the big teams would you think I'd turn this down? I thought dan explained this to you
2. I'm not inactive, in fact I'm trying my hardest to stay active despite my keyboard problems. I was using the virtual keyboard the entire time to fill in keys that wont work (specifically the F and I). It was a pain but i remained dedicated.
I have grown dishearten with clockwork I'll admit, party because of our horrible luck and partly because we threw away a lot of opportunities to get good results and didnt. Due to lack of practice, dedication, w/e. But I'm still here.
