On my iphone the bit on the phone where you put the plug on either the charger or USB the bit you plug it into has moved so its at an angle to the bottom of the phone and now it wont charge or work with the pc, i want to take it back to O2 but seeing as ive only had it 3 months i'm not willing to have it repaired because ive payed a lot for the phone and paying a lot for the contract.
Has anyone else had similar problems to this and/or had to deal with O2 about getting a replacement iphone for a faulty one without having to use the insurance.
