... seems to be blocking, bannig all racers with good performance.
My first ban since i´ve played lfs - pre. s1. :-D
Have you tried to contact them or their admin directly?

I think I got banned from there too, not entirely sure why. I had a racing incident with a guy in the race before, but he didn't seem at all angry about it and we were chatting quite happily after the race. Then the server seemed to go down and after it came back up I couldn't get in again. *shrug*

Dont know what happened there, but all Eagle Members i know are really nice guys! Maybe they made the server private or so after server crash....

Maybe you can go here to solve the problem: http://www.eagleraceteam.com/
LFS servers now support an opening message when you join a server. There is nothing wrong in setting time limits either way, in my opinion, and in inviting to leave if you're too fast or you're too slow for the server. It happened to me too. In my case, the request to leave a "pro server" for being too slow was extremely rude: I had absolutely no idea at all I was on a "pro server"... It was nowhere mentioned! But hey, it's their server, not mine. But I had a laugh, at least, because they failed to understand a basic concept: you're professional because you make a living out of something, not because you're good at that thing
For me it's okay if someone wants to even out skills in races, there's nothing wrong with that. But there are a lot of better ways to achieve that than banning and aggressively requesting for people to leave with the threat of banning them. I would never join a server if my skills were not up to par with the admins' desires. I don't pay for that server, they pay. But politeness and some preventive opening message could do some very big difference.
And by the way, was that an administrative ban or a vote ban? I don't think Eagle Race Team should be considered - as a whole - responsible for a vote ban, unless members of the team voted, of course.
And finally it's a pity that replays do not show votes, since bans and kicks are a controversial issue, and having that kind of information available could help, sometimes.
Quote from Albieg :they failed to understand a basic concept: you're professional because you make a living out of something, not because you're good at that thing

My boss pays me to play LFS sometimes. (He just doesn't know it!)
So it seems, that they are well known and fair.

I´ll try to straighten it out on their forum.

@Albieg
I´m with you by 100%. I think it must have been an admin-instruction, because i havn´t seen a voting.
