Better learn English first and other providers most likely use Cpanel as well, so good luck . From my experience almost most of companies doing bussiness on the net do not work during weekends unless they provide 24/7 support.
Ok i have heard back from CPanel who say they had not added the correct IP to the license. They have changed it now and they said it normally takes around 3 hours to update.
i think it was teaminferno but thats the point i am not sure xD, we didnt do a lot in the last months. i can't really help you, the "owner" should be Pal Orosz or something.
contact the server owner please, he / she controls the sub-user accounts. If they have not allowed full access to their server files there is nothing i can do about it. Unless it is showing you the file manager option and giving some kind of error... in which case please do one of the following:
1: Open a support ticket
2: Post here the username on the main account and the error that is being shown on screen
But going by whats just been posted i have no idea. Information please!
