Lol.
I was round a wonderful womans (and potential love interests) house watching a film with her and the kids tonight, so i am therefore in a good mood and am having a good night, i then leave to come home, and oh look, some fecker (ill get to that in a second) has bashed into the side of my lil mazda, how glorious, let joy be unconfined!
Im 99.99% sure of who may have done it, intentionally or not, due to the directional tyre tread pattern that has been left on the side of the car, it may have been an accident, but i personally think it was done for a reason, short version of the story being that i lost contact with this lady for a number of years and we only just recently found eachother again, and have been spending quite a bit of time together, and theres someone who goes round to see her and to be honest is a bit lovesick and slightly obsessed i think, so when i waltz back into her life after all this time, i think a touch of the old green eyed monster and jealousy has come into play, plus i put him in his place the other night in front of a few people when we were all out at a car park cruise meet thing and he was casually telling anyone who'd listen that she was his girlfriend, while she was well out of earshot, but without realising i was stood there, so me making him look a tit by saying (in a loud voice) "erm, well someone had better tell her that then matey coz she's not seeing anyone as far as she's aware of" may not have done me any favours, i wasn't doing it to show off or anything, i just dont thing saying that sort of stuff is really on, especially when its bullshit.
He's a nice enough bloke really, kind hearted and stuff, likes his cars and things, i actually get on with him quite well, he's a very wise bloke, and believe me, i know how it feels to like someone so much and not have them feel the same, it is pretty shitty, but to be fair he is in his late 50's, 20 odd years older than she is, and as much as she has told him in the nicest and gentlest way possible numerous times that he isnt her type and they are only mates, etc, he still doesnt quite get it i dont think, as he gets a right arse on if i turn up, he'll speak to me and that, but you can see his face change when i walk in, its like a 'how dare he be here' sort of thing, but he does mellow after a while, usually.
There was the night when he walked in, saw us all having dinner that i had sorted out, me and her squashed up together all comfy on the sofa feeding eachother slices of pizza, so he did a big '**** this im going home' speech which nobody really paid much attention to, he hasnt really got the message i dont think.
SO, although i know he did it, he whacked my roadster, im gonna go out on the drive tomorrow, pull the dent out, get it all looking as good as possible (its not that bigger dent) and not say anything about it, act as if nothing ever happened, as i reckon he's expecting me to say did you hit my car, then he'll say so what if i did, he wants a confrontation, im sure of it, but i aint gonna give him that satisfaction!
