It was announced a couple weeks back that it would be inline. Interesting choice... they claim it has benefits over Vs without any drawbacks, relatively speaking. I don't buy it, but it's an interesting thing none the less.
You don't go flat out on a test day. Especially not at Sebring where the track is so unforgiving for mistakes. Peugeot should be worried. Very worried. They had to wreck the R15 at Sebring to cement the win, and it was the older Oreca-Peugeot that won anyway. MAJOR LOL
These are Germans we are talking about, they don't need to go flat out to know the outright pace of their car, with their mathematics skills they can use the telemetry as a reference.
Theseteams always do tests flat out. This isn't formula one. Anyway Pescarolo gonna win Le Mans and Le Mans track is just out of any pronostic because THIS IS LE MANS !
Well Audi are modest enough to play down the incident, calling it an intentional wreck would be stupid on their part. Gene was sideways, but to me it looked like he knew he would spin, so he overcorrected to take out the Audi aswell. Going up the inside of T17 is a recipe for distaster. Pat Long showed us that, in the same race no less.
