Me and my dad did some work today on the "eM".

Relocated hydraulic ebrake to right side, prevent hitting my dashboard with my fist.
Fitted dashboard back
Fitted starting panel (no key needed anymore)
Cats and backbox are gone, proper racecar sound now!
This week fitting lexan windows!

u just have done race sound? mine is like that for a while now on the streets :P

We didn't really found the time until this weekend. It is seriously loud in combination with the airbox etc, love it! You have a sound sample/video of yours? I guess it sounds different then a euro M3, more like a raspy 325i
Glad my ECU has EWS delete so the starting panel went without any hassle.

We have 2 more projects running so after work is always more work...(BMW 2002 and a Triumph Spitfire with a 2500cc 6Cyl)

We also removed the spare wheel tray.. all bits help i guess

Or change the front bumper, this is what I have in mind, I tried to follow the style you were going, from the modifications you have done in the past.

Can't you just play a bit with solder and sandpaper? Or ziptie it?

Not fix, "bodge"... I don't want it bodged, I want it how it was last week!

Really annoyed someones obviously reversed into my car and then just ****ed off, leaving me to foot the bill!

EDIT - And now the cheapest second hand bumper I can find in the right colour is nearly £200 >.>

That's the best thing to do. It will be fine to use in long weather, as long as you take it off to dry out any moisture every week or less.

@bmwe30m3 - You seem to be handy with photoshop. Once I get my car resprayed, I will start on the cosmetic mods and will eventually get some new wheels and an exhaust system.





Just some nice 16-17'' wheels and a twin exit exhaust system would be cool. You can even lower it a little if you like, even though that's something I won't be doing to this car.

HDR? No idea what that is...I just sharpened them and fiddled with the contrast as they were taken off my phone.
