Sounds like a plan. Give each team an in-game day to build their best encampment and see who lasts the longest!

I think the best part of that mod is that you can basically let everyone in. Those who do not participate just die of hunger.

I have not tried it myself but I'd imagine it might be interesting to try out. I'm just reading the thread and I have to admit I don't really know much about yet but it looks pretty interesting concept imho...

Watch one season of "mindcrack ultra hardcore" and see what its like.
In one season there was 2vs2vs2 (if im correct). That would be interesting to do.

A project I've had in mind since Beta 1.3 finally coming to fruition! A water slide that is built like a roller coaster in roller coaster tycoon, one segment at a time.

I had been planning to build a segmented water slide using MCEdit but never got around to actually using it. Fast forward, 1.8 The Bountiful Update comes out with the /clone command. Granted copy & pasting is probably much easier in MCEdit, I still haven't gotten around to using it. With the new updated out, like with every major update, I have to pop on Minecraft just to check out the new stuff; so motivation to build something was easy to come by.

Diagonal directional sections have been figured out, as well as the connectors to attach orthogonal directional sections together.

My kids play this on PC and on their tablets. Just for fooling around, I put Minecraft PE on my tablet. I ended up building a giant underground rail system that the kids like to scoot around in. My youngest is always talking about her "epic builds" so I figured I'd give her an "epic build" of my own. I've been building a full hockey arena, 4 corridor levels to seating areas with team rooms and locker rooms underneath the ice surface. It's been something like 9-10 months since I started it and I open it up now and then in the evening when I'm bored to add to it. I'll have to get some screens and post them if I get a chance. I have no idea how to do a walkthrough video of it on a tablet.
