He use to weigh a lot more, but he lost quite a bit. I remember hearing something like 15 pounds lost a few years ago and he could've lost even more since then. Also, he's only 5' 9", not exactly towering over anyone so he's bound to look chubbier.

Pocono package will be the same as the Indy package. Teams can chose the amount of fuel they start with now, and the leader must start on the inside rather than having a choice of lane.

Posted numbers on the cars must be 8 inches in size. This is a good chance

All good and valid changes overall. Especially for the slight, but long overdue points system tweak(Apart perhaps from the point given for leading a lap. no utility, If anything it's a small, but non-negligable incentive for going off-strategy, and that's not good.).
