The online racing simulator

I'm always right about these things..
Monsters University
Gravity. Definitely worth watching in cinema, altho 3D still suck a bit.
Saw rush yesterday. Great movie and they mostly refrainded from using racing movie steretype edits, with the actual racing taking little part in the overall story.

Gravity was stupid, on the other hand. Cannot recommend.
I've been lately to several:

RUSH - pretty decent film, good acting from both of drivers. Chris and Daniel were great, although Daniel was better. I don't really like many sex scenes. Don't get me wrong, but when I captures 2/3 of the film (or at least it feels like), it's just ridiculous. It becomes sort of porn or melodrama. Too much of love stuff, so actual career storyline was sacrificed. Just an episode of F-3 and testing and few shots of actual f-1 racing.

Gravity - amazing film, in terms of technical potential. Were solid looking and you can actually feel like you are out there, in cosmos on your own by watching this film. Nice experience. Although, the storyline is pretty much empty and pretty simple.

Captain Phillips - absolutely thrilling film. Tom Hank's acting at top level, as always. SPOILER ALERT: at the end of the film when he gets rescued and goes for health check, he is in shock and just cries. It feel so natural and so human. I could even give him an oscar just for that particular acting. The story is amazing and makes you feel being nervous all the time, as further the action goes, more you feel like you are too nervous, so you can't stand anymore. You just can't make a pause, take a break. This film totally enchains you.
Wow, Rush was awesome.. not just cause it's about racing and F1, but the movie as a movie is actually very good!

Just watched it... it's more of a drama then it is about actual racing, expected much more racing scenes. Furthermore, NOTHING about Brands Hatch "incident" that year, when the crowd chanting Hunt's name actually made stewards to allow him to restart the race.

It's a good movie, but wasn't all what I was expecting. Grand Prix (1966) still stands as the best F1 movie for me
They never said it will be all about racing, but when there is, it's some of the best recorded racing i've ever saw..
You should see the movie I mentioned above too. Great onboard shots
Think i did but long long time ago, will probably look it up again. I heard "1" (2013) documentary is fantastic, got hold of it today..
Great! Watched it about a month a go
For true F1 fans
Saw both Her and Inside Llewyn Davis this past weekend.

The former is probably Spike Jonze's best movie. Just a really good science fiction film and a great romance as well. The latter is beautiful to watch and listen to, and features great acting, but it's not as enjoyable as the best Coen Bros. films.
Saw Rush too, i love how the director gave a mini-tribute to the late Tom Pryce in one scene. Gave me chills The i never really heard much of Hunt before the movie and figured out towards the end and some wiki'ing. Very sad story.

What does this sentence mean..
Saw The Physician (Der Medicus) last weekend, surprisingly good film. While its at heart a German production all the main actors are rather big names from the UK and Hollywood (Ben Kingsley, Stellan Skarsgard, Emma Rigby etc; produced in English and dubbed as usual for uzz Germanzz). It discards big portions of the book (the whole trip from the UK to Persian shores) but is still 150 min long.

If you liked Kingdom of Heaven for its setting you'll like this one too
It's not out yet but...

The LEGO Movie

It's a full-length movie made with stop-motion (no CGI*) animation of Lego. And it looks goddamn hilarious too.

* maybe the faces.

There's a bit more CG than just the faces. But that doesn't matter, I will watch it, as I find the trailer rather amusing.

I'm having a hard time finding it. But that's exactly how CG should be.
I believe it's entirely cgi. Looks great though.

Quote from Wikipedia :The Lego Movie[2] is an upcoming 2014 American-Australian computer-animated[3][4] adventure comedy film directed and co-written by Phil Lord and Chris Miller and based on the Lego line of construction toys.

NNNNNnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo..................!

How the hell did you mistaked that for stop-motion in the first place..

Recommend a film you've seen lately.
