The truth of the matter is, it's about being a responsible adult and respectful to others. Now, at work, if we had a kick/ban filter for swearing, no one would be left in the plant, LOL. One of my work areas in particular, there is one older lady who works with us. When she is on shift, you won't hear 1 swear word all day. Perhaps someone may slip now and then, but everyone is respectful because they know she doesn't like to hear it.

F**kin-A, the truth is, it's all about being a f**king responsible adult and f**king respectful to all the a**holes out there. Now, at work, f**k, if we had a f**king kick/ban filter bulls**t for the way we f**king talk, there wouldn't be anyone left in the f**king plant, LOL. One of my f**king work areas in particular, there is one fking older b**ch who works with us. When she is on f**king shift, you won't hear one f**king swear word all day. Perhaps someone may f**k up now and then, but everyone is f**king respectful of her s**t-a** attitude.

It's no hard to do, not swearing, especially in typed text. Typed text takes more thought than actual verbal language. So, to swear in text, it's my opinion that it is deliberate, unlike in verbal where it may be habit. That above was actually quite hard to do as it took more thought to type the second thought than the first one. And not because of the asterisks, I typed it out then changed it all to asterisks.
Think of it this way. Would you talk to your mother or grandmother like that? In order to be respectful towards others, you need to talk to them as you would talk to your own mother or grandmother.
