You need to have a S1, S2, S3 License.
Demo users can buy slots for skins, im not sure the cost of that

i see,but i can use other skins even tho im demo,when i select that one it says "skin couldnt be found" or wtv

skins need to be uploaded to LFS website (https://www.lfs.net/account/skins) to be used online.
If it says that, it means that hasn't happened.
