Hi !

Not much time so I'll keep it very short...
Anyone knows where on the internet I can find a complete essay about 'History, use of and how a sonar works' ? I have some history by now, but more info's and urls is welcome so I can limit my searching time, in orde to work faster.

I clearly missed something during science classes and appareantly I've to write an essay at... tomorrow (!) about 'History, use of and how a sonar works'. :guilty:

Anyway, don't say 'look at google yoursel', I've done some research myself, mostly in books now, but if some of you want to spend some time searching beyond page 2 @ google and if you find something interesting (some text, photo's...) and want to publish the url here, please do so. I'll be VERY gratefull, even if it is a small picture only... everything helps!

Don't forget to NEVER copy-paste work, no matter how short a paragraph. Much better to read it, understand it, then write it from memory in your own words. Doesn't take much longer, and will help if your teacher ever asks questions about your work - you can then spout off all you know out of your head, and they'll believe you didn't just 'cheat'.

Of course I tried Wikipedia, but that is the first place where our tuttors will go read and see if one sentence is the same... So I was trying to know if any of you knew some other sources. If anyone has more interesting stuff.. :P!

we have a sonar infront of our house down in the bahamas.. washed up to shore near our house so we towed it over infront of our house (and luckily it was the time when we had the most people down there.. EVER; was like 15 or so of us.. was alot) and so we pulled it up by rope infront of our house; and it still lies there.. we call it the bomb and put one of those WWII P40 eyes and teeth paint jobs on the nose of it
thing weighs a ton... actually it might weigh a ton lol

You think that's bad? I started my GIP tonight, deu tomorrow I worked 4 hours straight on it. And don't forget I usually work 4 minutes for school (which includes putting my books in my bag).
