Quote from Jakg :no, its just you get a demo racer come along and ask for something, saying there bored with what they have, and somehow expect they are "owed" this content when they havent paid anything, and havent even tryed any of the stuff in S2

You've lost me - I wasn't asking for stuff!

Quote from Captain Slow :someone who has not had expeiriance of all the cars and tracks of s2. or in some peoples case, someone who doesnt really like racing an awfull lot, but downloaded the demo just for the crack. (by crack i do not mean illegal game, im from north east). thats all i mean.

No - I haven't experienced all the cars you are correct.

As for not liking racing........... 25 years racing R/C cars, 19 years as a marshal at Brands Hatch & Lydden Hill - I think that qualifies me as liking racing......

I should have quantified my statement clearer Blonde11 - I was referring more to the type of vehicle rather than the racing environment.

As I said - I will be making the step up to S2 shortly and building myself a racing rig - the advantages of a bachelor pad .
But in the meantime - don't just flame the Demo racers. If I did that to every new member of the off-road R/C car club I help run - who ran a base model car to see if he likes racing before upgrading his equipment and spending £'s - I wouldn't be part of the most successful off road R/C car club in the South East.........

i know, but look at the "Cars for S3 thread", most of the posts are from Demo Racers, and its what you get used to and start to expect

Point taken - but don't tar us all with the same brush please.......
Oh, come on. Demo racers have equal right to visit and voice their opinions/make suggestions here.

As do drifters and oval racers.

S2 is not a requirement, but it is damn good value (specially here ). Still, no demo racer is required to buy LFS if he wants to post here, lol

chek my post, i said, "in some peoples cases", not specificaly meaning you. for all i know you could of raced real cars, so i would never ake an assumption based on infomation i didnt know.
Quote from Captain Slow :chek my post, i said, "in some peoples cases"

I know you did - I was just making sure I had my own background covered.

Oh - and I've done a spot of Banger Racing at Mildenhall as well - although I try not to let that influence hoiw I drive in LFS.......:Eyecrazy:

Quote from SanderT :Sorry for digging up this theard.

I also think that there should be some winter rallys.

Like 1 or 2 citys and total 6 stages.
2 stages could go to demo version (reversed in the 2, so 1 stage total for demo).

keep dreaming. Yes sure, let's give the demo users less reason to buy S2, let's give them extra tracks illepall

what does this even have to do with the original topic anyway?
Funny he said to give something more to demo, after I read this thread it was partly about how demo players shouldn't ask for more content...
