This poll is for the people who have expressed an interest in attending the 3rd LFS UK Gathering / Meeting / whatever, as detailed here. Please do not vote otherwise. Thank you.

OK a more interesting poll we can all take part in... what cars do you want to race. We're to run 2 LFS races so I'd suggest one road car and one race car.

You'll notice the choices are in the loose classes LFS provides, the most popular race class and most popular road class will be then be expanded and individual cars will selected. Everyone is to be racing in the same car, that way we all know we're on absolutely level ground and everything is known to be fair.

The poll is also multiple choice, you can vote for as many classes as you'd like to race, but only the most popular road and most popular race class will be used. Obviously voting for every single class really doesn't help matters, as would not voting for any road classes (or any race classes). Hopefully everything is clear as mud.

Once cars have been decided on, we can shortlist an appropriate set of compatible tracks and pick one for each car. More on that later though.

Fixed setups, but we can at least make a set that is fast and works for everyone, all in advance. Once the combos are sorted, of course.

Been a couple of days, when are the other half of the votes happening? I hope I'm not boring you all with polls.

FZ5 on FE Black would be my choice, but in case anyone thinks that's too long, then FE gold reversed. Think it would be fun to run the XRR there too, but I'd also like to suggest the Kyoto GP track (simply because I've never driven a race there in anger... don't often see it on line)

Finally a poll that's actually doing the hard work for me. Seems like Formulas and Sports cars are out but that could all change once the votes finish. What's keeping people? If no more votes appear I'll just go with what the poll looks like now.

Well the poll seems stuck at 11 voters, I don't want to go around reminding people any more, everyone knows the drill by now and time is ticking, 8 weeks to go with plenty more to decide and practising time is needed. It's been active a week after all.

So I'll go with slow tin tops and GTRs in the next poll, as at this point they are the two most popular.
