I realise it's rather late, but I'm with it and not drunk this evening (admittedly for the first time in about a week or two).
The centre speaker from my 5.1 system appears to be emitting what appears to be a very faint foreign, classical, radio signal.
In summary:
* This only occurs when the volume is turned right down
* When the system is unplugged from the wall nothing occurs
* When the sub is plugged in and powered, and the speaker plugged in I get audio output
* When the sub plugged in and powered, but the centre speaker is not connected audio is output
The output appears to fluctuate.
My only thought is that the sub is picking up some kind of signal and then the magnet within is moving, producing an EM field which is driving the centre speaker. Sounds a bit far fetched though..
Anyone got any better ideas?
