(^ at least japanese know how to amount the onboard cams, not like in FIA GT, DTM or whatever where the camera is mounted at the dash, infront of the windscreen. I thought the idea of incar camera was to show the driver at work!)
(plus same car at Mosport, at Nords and at Le Mans - but I bet these have been posted in this several times so... but I had not seen that Spa lap before)
Those go like stink. When I was watching those vis, especially the Mosport one, you get the kind of "cold sweat" when the driver floors it. It's a bit similar feeling like you get when you drive a 2000bhp XRT in LFS. It is like, press the throttle and, woosh, 200mph!
"repost"... I have at least once posted this video here but my account & all the vids got deleted (too many copyright notices) some weeks ago, so I uploaded this again.
This must've been posted before but as long as we're on about sound, this is one of the better ones I've heard from the Audi S1. After a few corners he really uses his right foot
Renn.tv has a nice new onboard video. It's from the MSpeed Cayman during the qualifying for the latest VLN race on the Nordschleife, following the Aalzen Motorsport Cayman. Click.
I wonder how the Caymans will develop in the VLN.
If you don't know the other Renn.tv videos yet, head for the download-section there.
That renn.tv has nice vids but also pretty weird way of keeping bandwidth bills at low level... I mean that email thing. And once I uploaded renn.tv onboard to youtube and it got removed for "copyright reasons"... even that you could download the same video from the website for free.
I think that's because the renn.tv videos are free for advertising reasons. RennTV also sells DVDs. they want you to know who to thank for those free onboard videos so you know where to go to get other videos on DVD.
It may also be a legal problem concerning the agreement under which RennTV was allowed to offer those videos. But after all there is few to complain. I love RennTV.
