Hi all..

First skin for LFS in about 2 years.. idea was to be clean and simple for this (fictional) design. FZR version based on a Porsche 911 I painted for rFactor sometime last year... a Porsche / RUF Demonstration car

Not sure if I'll do other colours though.. that design was meant to be "clean and sleek" and maybe just a "one off" that might be used as a demo car to take visitors around a track etc etc.

I do have plans for more though as I painted a few Porkys last year, some adaptions of previous FZR skins, some new, so may port the new ones over to the FZR when I get some time.

The next I'll probably attempt is a port of my Matt Halliday / Fabien Coulthard International Motorsport I did for a friend. She visited a local NZ track and provided me with over 200Mb of hi-res photos to make sure I could get things accurate.. love it when you can get hold of good reference material like that

Attached is the 911 version as an idea of the design.. most sponsor logos created from scratch as I couldn't find them.. but hopefully will make it to the FZR sometime in the next few weeks

We don't ban for "skin stealing" on this forum. We merely allow the gentle pointing out of the error of the "thief"'s ways. It's up to individual server operators, because it's more of an in-game racing matter.

@paul_k10_lx, if the skin is privately owned and you don't have permission to use it you may find yourself catching some major grief in servers, especially if the originator of the artwork complains. It's strongly recommended that you use only skins that you have specific permission to use, or that you've designed yourself.

I cannot place enough emphasis on this without using unacceptably large and bright fonts.
