and yes jpeg is the choice.. it has the best compression (well besides png, but pngs can be a paint)

The clouds and the cars behind are filtered with one a those Artistic filters..
Beethoven: Maybe you should try blur instead, it looks you like you tried to get distance blur.

Sorry, but I still can't see what he edited. He's just used a high compression on the image as fas as I can see...

The background is a bit blurred, and he switched to b&w. Additionally the contrast was tweaked a bit, at least I would say so.
The problem is, that with such a camera angle, there wouldnt bemuch blurring in the background, but please correct me if im wrong, Im not a photo specialist like DoN

I'm really PISSED! Those pictures show my FOX Angry Ant Skin edited by someone! Noone asked me, I gave no permission. Sure it was a public skin, but it was not free for edit!

I really don't see the issue, if you release a public skin you expect people to use it, people will want to change the number and write their name on it, I really don't see the issue with that, why not just take it as a comliment that someone else is using your skin and likes it so much they have taken time to edit it.

It's not as if he has publically re-released it and if you download the skin file you'd probably find your original credits on it. This attitude of you can't do anything without seeking permission has got ridiculous. IMO this bitching is no different from Fir$t/iRacing

well this skin is just my creative product, my work and something I'm proud of. Sure it makes me very happy, seeing others racing my skins and for sure they are allowed to race my publicskins however they want to. BUT I never gave my ok, never gave my permission to edit my award winning skin, yes it was "Mastar Skinnerz Skin Challenge" Winner.

And I'm simply pissed to see it edited by someone. Na who cares? Some people just don't know what respect means...
