Well, you actually can in a certain way if you have Windows Vista. Doesn't Vista let you put part of the paging file on a USB flash drive?

@shaun: To your question, while it might be technically possible to put the pagefile on the USB drive, you cannot extend your RAM with it - and you wouldn't want to do this anyway, as the memory on USB sticks is far FAR slower than your RAM, which would just make your computer much slower.
