today i was playing again when i switched to chase view i noticed that.
see attachments, first is my plate which says "SlowDown"
and the other 2 ones say "LMK" and "Kotel".
i have never used any of these 2!
so wth?

The same happend to me two days ago.
I was frightened as hell when it happend, was on CTRA server btw.

Anyway, my number plate has allways said "Norway" but then suddently it changed to "W00t" as I looked at it in middle of race. I was frightened and whent to options to see, but still there stood that my number plate should say "Norway". I had to remove it completely, and write it one more time before it whent back to normal.

I did not think any more about that, tho it was strange, but then it happend 5 mins later, and this time it was like 4 chinese letters on my number plate.. I really don`t know why it happend :/

But I have a wild guess whats may be wrong, it seemed that it happend when someone exited the pit. I`m not sure at this, but twice it happend was righter after someone joined the race.

Maybe another player on the server used this plate? I would save a replay if it happens again maybe the game mixed it up in a strange way

Yeah, you saying something there, still it`s very strange, and specially when my numberplate suddently changed to w00t when I was in the middle of the race :s

Are you always frightened this easily?

Perhaps someone used a hack or knows a way to change other's number plate? Happens to me before though.

what if some other values are changed during you're doing something else, like your brake-pedal-value or your steering angle...
i'd be frightened, because someone took control over your control, while using it yourself...

This happened to me too, I think at CLC's Aston Cruise, where all the cars had the exact same license plate. All of them. That was weird. I forgot the details like what the license plates actually said, because it was a while ago.

I see that you was in the LTC server when this happened. I happen to log number plates . But, nobody in the database actually has any of those numberplates stored.

So either, nobody has used them, OR they have changed it since.

i guess its that they changed them then.
cuz i wouldnt be able to explain it otherwise
